I built the the Gantt chart to manage the entire lifecycle of the RB211 engine build, from initial design and procurement to assembly, testing, and delivery. The Gantt chart allowed the team to track the progress of each task in real-time, ensuring that any delays were promptly addressed and milestones were achieved as scheduled.
